Alona Hodik IBCLC - Belly to Breastfeeding
Hi, my name is Alona Hodik and I have been an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2020. I am a Certified Childbirth Educator as well. I have a bachelors’ degree (BSc) in biology and an MBA, but first and foremost I am the proud mother of 3 wonderful Children, 2 girls and a boy - all exclusively breastfed each with their own challenges. My children are the reason I fell in love with breastfeeding and became a lactation consultant and a childbirth educator. Through the help and support I received in my own breastfeeding journey, I found that my passion and purpose in life is to help mothers and families meet their breastfeeding goals. I have lived in Asia for nearly 17 years (5+ years in Hong Kong and 11 Years in Singapore) and am very proud to call Singapore my home. I believe that your breastfeeding journey starts when you are pregnant and continues as long as you and your baby want it to. So, I offer prenatal breastfeeding classes before your baby is born and after the birth I offer lactation support hospital & home visits to make sure your breastfeeding and infant feeding journey is the best it can possibly be. I work with latching, pumping, mix feeding and formula feeding families. My goal is to support you in your feeding journey, whatever it looks like to you, without any judgment.
